Bob is semi-retired, but still works part-time servicing existing clients at his midtown Sacramento office. He is not taking new investment clients, but still does hourly consultations with new and existing clients ($150 per hour).

Education and Experience:

Bob has spent more than three decades advising clients about their tax, investment, and insurance needs. He received a master’s degree in Government from CSU, Sacramento in 1980. He received his ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant™) in 1985 from The American College.

Bob also is a freelance writer who has had more than one hundred financial columns and personal essays published. He is the author of Tending Your Money Garden, a humorous yet practical money management primer, which is in its second printing. TYMG won the 1999 Best Book award from the Sacramento Publishers Association. Bob speaks at financial events and has been a guest on numerous radio and television programs.

Community Involvement:

Bob Dreizler served as chairman of the Board of Directors of Protected Investors of America. He is past president of the Sacramento Publishers Association and the Sacramento chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning. He enjoys being involved in various educational situations, inside and outside traditional classrooms.
